FOLLOWING THE ARTIST'S WAY
January 19-April 19, 2026
A Path Back to Your Creativity—and Yourself
In 1999, as Dimity and her sisters cleaned out their dad’s house after his death, she picked up his copy of The Artist’s Way. The autumn-toned cover didn’t speak to her, but the subtitle did: A Spiritual Path to Higher Creativity.
The book moved with her through six homes over more than twenty years before she finally opened it in 2023 as part of a group program.
At its core, The Artist’s Way centers on two practices: Morning Pages—three pages of unfiltered, daily journaling—and the Artist’s Date, a weekly solo outing to nurture creativity and reconnect with yourself. Spelling, punctuation, and polish don’t matter; honesty does.
Dimity dove into Morning Pages, and within days felt an unexpected shift: lightness. Her life and schedule stayed the same, but her mindset changed. Even in the depths of winter, the practice brought a predictable inner warmth.Â
More than three years later, she’s still writing Morning Pages and is delighted to offer a second round of this program to guide you on your own Path to Higher Creativity.
If you’re thinking, I’m not creative, think again. Creativity isn’t reserved for artists. It’s part of being human. As you reconnect with it, you may also rediscover your voice, your truth, and your joy.
Over 12 weeks, we’ll explore one chapter at a time, supported by Morning Pages, Artist’s Dates, and a small, safe group. Together, you’ll uncover your creative, authentic self, one page at a time.
Note: This program is limited to 18 participants to ensure an optimal group experience.
Our weekly meetings will be held over Zoom on Mondays, starting January 19.
- All meetings will be from 7:00-8:15 pm ET/4:00-5:15 pm PT.
- We will spend about 15 minutes checking in, 20 minutes writing, and 40 minutes discussing the week’s chapter and the writing prompt.
- You do not have to attend all the meetings, but being present at least 75% of them will significantly help with processing your experience and staying accountable to your Morning Pages and Artist’s date.
- In the interest of privacy, meetings will NOT be recorded and/or shared afterward.
