For the past 15 years, as the Chief Training Director at Another Mother Runner, I’ve guided and encouraged women in all stages of their athletic journey to move forward, stay consistent, and go after big goals, step by step.Â
Now I’m thrilled to offer that support in a one-on-one format, if that feels like the right fit for you.Â
What you’ll receive:
- A personalized training plan tailored to your goals, lifestyle, and season of life;Â
- A detailed daily schedule outlining each workout so you know exactly what to do;
- Ongoing communication for questions, adjustments, and encouragement; and
- A monthly check-in call to connect, review progress, and celebrate your wins
Please note: I require a three-month commitment, and the rate for one-on-one coaching is $225/month.
